Constructed across from the Apple Campus, the six-story project consisted of 204 two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet in size. The units are arranged around a 35,000 square foot landscaped courtyard and above 60,000 square feet of retail space.
The courtyard features brick planters, a play area, barbecues and a dog park with artificial grass. The entire six-story project encompasses over 650,000 square feet.
Amenities available to residents include a theater, a conference room, a yoga room, game room, fitness room, shared kitchen & dining facilities as well as an outdoor playground, fire pit, dog-washing area, and multiple barbeques.
