Layton Construction Wins Utah Contractor of the Year Award

SALT LAKE CITY (March 11, 2019) – Layton Construction was named Contractor of the Year on March 9 by the Utah Chapter of CCIM. Bryan Webb, Executive Vice President of Layton Construction Services Group (CSG), accepted the award, which is the second Contractor of the Year award the company won last week. Layton was also named Arizona General Contractor of the Year at the 2019 AZRE Real Estate and Development (RED) Awards on March 6.

In other CCIM award news, a Layton-built property, 201 Commerce Center in West Valley City, Utah, was named Industrial Development of the Year.

The Utah CCIM Chapter created the Utah CCIM Excellence Awards, now a premier gathering of business leaders in Utah, to recognize the accomplishments of outstanding men and women who exemplify the highest degree of business excellence in the commercial real estate industry. The CCIM designation, or Certified Commercial Investment Member, is a top commercial real estate certification that requires 100+ hours of training and considerable investment.
