Layton Opens Denver Office to Support Growing Colorado Market
DENVER (July 30, 2019) — Layton Construction, a leading U.S. general contractor, announced the opening of its new office in Denver, Colorado. This is Layton’s 11th office. Layton has been building in Colorado for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in the healthcare market in Denver. Layton has built hospitality, retail, tenant improvement and cultural/religious projects across the Centennial State.
“Bringing an office to the Denver market reflects the demand from our current local customers, the requests from our local subcontractors to create a base for increased support. Key projects Layton has constructed in the Denver market include the Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center Tower renovation, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children NICU expansion, Banner East Morgan County Hospital expansion, retail renovations within Denver International Airport and renovation work of the Denver Colorado Temple.
Layton recently broke ground on Thompson Denver, a 216 room, 11-story boutique hotel in the heart of Denver near Union Station. Thompson Denver is projected to be complete in 2021.
