PHOENIX, AZ (February 14, 2018) — Community leaders and other dignitaries gathered on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, for the groundbreaking of phase three of the Reserve at San Tan, located at 343 East Germann Road in Gilbert, Arizona. Building 6 will be developed in two phases and consist of two three-story, Class A multi-tenant office properties measuring a total of 145,000 square feet.

The Reserve at San Tan is a 50-acre office project located east of Gilbert and Germann Roads and is one of the first developments in the area, with a strategic location a quarter mile south of Loop 202. Currently, the Reserve at San Tan consists of approximately 265,000 square feet of office space ideally located in an amenity-rich area with 1.2 million square feet of retail, 40 dining locations, and six hotels, all easily within walking distance or accessible by car.

Additional features include prominent frontage on Germann Road, abundant parking with a 5.5:1,000 parking ratio and easy commuter access, including a full diamond interchange at the intersection of Loop 202 and Gilbert and Cooper Roads.

Building 6 is expected to be ready for tenant move-in by fourth quarter 2018. Local real estate owner Orsett Properties is developing the office project, Butler Design Group is behind the architecture services, and Newmark Knight Frank will provide exclusive leasing and marketing services for the property.
