As part of Loma Linda University Medical Center’s $600 million Campus Transformation project, Layton provided design-build services for the Patient Parking Structure 2 project. Specifics included:

  • 675 stalls
  • 7 levels
  • Internal and exterior ramps
  • Unique polycarbonate mesh skin facade
  • 2 Elevators

The parking garage provides critical parking services and connections to accommodate the new adult and children patient tower that was also under construction. All work took place on the busy medical campus while it remained in full operation.
