Layton Construction built the largest structure in the state—the rental center at Sky Harbor International Airport. Located on a 140-acre site, the Rental Center is home to all 12 airport rental car companies.
The four-story facility has three levels of parking with 7,400 stalls. There are also 12 cast-in place ramps (one for each rental company) and vehicle servicing areas on site.
The fourth level of the structure is a 160,000 SF customer service lobby with rental car counter locations for 12 rental car agencies.
